Welcome to a cozy and modern apartment hotel in the very center of the city, located on Nikolay Nikonov Street 18 immediately opposite the Dynamo metro station and the Palace of Game Sports. Within a five—minute walk there is the Embankment of the Iset River and a beautiful view of the city, within walking distance there are all types of transport with routes to the main attractions. We offer accommodation in 8 rooms to choose from, from standard to suite, with all amenities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, an equipped bathroom and a kitchen area, as well as an extra bed for a child and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We take care of the comfort of our guests and provide hygiene kits, fresh bed linen, towels and slippers in each room.

Booking cancellation	To make a guaranteed reservation, you need to make a 100% prepayment for one night's stay. When booking online, the room is automatically placed on a temporary reservation for 3 days, and a letter is sent to your e-mail: The first letter is a temporary confirmation of the reservation and an invoice for prepayment. In case of non-receipt of funds to the bank account within 2 banking days, the reservation is automatically canceled. If the bill is paid on time, then you will receive a Confirmation of the reservation with the final calculation, taking into account the funds received. Upon check-in, you must have this confirmation. The prepayment is not refundable under any circumstances.
Accommodation of children and provision of an extra bed	Children under 6 years old are provided with a baby cot in the room free of charge (please provide this information when booking). An extra bed is paid separately — 2000 rubles.
Accommodation with pets	Pets are not allowed in the apartment hotel.
